Custom Mechanical Keyboards 1-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage
KeebMaker, LLC ("Company") offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty on its custom mechanical keyboards ("Product") to the original purchaser ("Customer") from the date of purchase.
Warranty Period
The warranty period for the Product shall be one (1) year from the date of purchase as indicated on the Customer's proof of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
The Company warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by the Company within the warranty period, the Company will, at its sole discretion:
1. Repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
2. Replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product.
3. Refund the original purchase price of the Product.
The Customer must follow the return process outlined below to request warranty service.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
1. Keyboard "Kits" assembled by anyone other than KeebMaker Technicians
2. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling, installation, or maintenance of the Product.
3. Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the Product.
4. Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, extreme temperatures, or acts of nature.
5. Cosmetic damages that do not affect the Product's functionality.
6. Normal wear and tear, including keycap fading, or key switch wear.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, the Customer must:
1. Contact the Company's Customer Support at contact@keebmaker.com.
2. Provide a copy of the original proof of purchase, indicating the date of purchase and Customer's name.
3. Describe the issue or defect in detail.
The Company will provide instructions for returning the Product. All returned Products must be adequately packed to prevent damage during shipping. The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the Product to the Company.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as specified above. In no event shall the Company be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of Utah. Any disputes related to this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Utah.
Additional Rights
This warranty gives the Customer specific legal rights, and the Customer may also have other rights that vary from state to state (or by country). Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to the Customer.

Effective Date of Warranty
This warranty is effective as of the date of purchase and applies to all Product purchases made on or after the effective date.
Please keep a copy of this warranty document and your proof of purchase in a safe place for reference. This document is subject to change without notice. Please refer to our website for the most current version of the warranty.
